Who we are and what we do

Designed in 2021 together with Elserino, the Foundation was established by Andrea, Alessandro, and Marinella Piol on January 10, 2023.
Andrea Piol is the President of the Foundation and leads its activities.

The Foundation is registered with the RUNTS 95982 – National Single Registry of the Third Sector – and has been operational since January 2024.

The mission of the Foundation is to support young people in developing innovative ideas in the technological field to create attractive opportunities in the territory – specifically Belluno and Valmorel – thereby promoting the repopulation of rural and mountain communities.

Thanks to this function as an incubator of ideas – centered in EpiHub, a multifunctional space designed to inspire and share ideas – the Foundation aims to identify replicable models nationwide.

One of the Foundation’s assets is education, which is the basis for bringing and spreading the culture of innovation. Thanks to the richness of internal competencies, the result of different professional paths and projects developed over the last 20 years, the Foundation possesses significant knowledge capital that will lead to the creation of training programs and partnerships with schools and major Italian universities.

The Foundation pursues objectives of social inclusion, environmental sustainability, digitalization, and democratic participation. Its goal is to contribute significantly to these challenges locally and then export successful models nationally.

For this reason, the Foundation has initiated various collaborations with other Foundations, Associations, and local entities, weaving networks and cross-cutting projects.
